A Tuscan blend similar to Tuscany, Italy. Fruity with a lovely hint of pepper, herbaceous with grassy overtones. Excellent oil for dipping, bruschetta and as a complement to cheese and olive platters. Highly recommended oil for dukkah and balsamic vinegar blends.
