Grown and pressed in Victoria's West (Rockbank). A full flavoured robust oil, well balanced and easy on the palette. Hint of 'banana' flavour and woody aftertaste. A great choice even for the most discerning olive oil connoisseur. Excellent oil for marinades, pastas, stir-fry's, BBQ's and green salads with beans, chick peas and goats cheese.
